We build software that carries real business weight

DevnaInc Technologies designs, builds and runs web platforms, mobile applications and the cloud infrastructure underneath them — for companies that need the result to hold up in production, not just in a demo.

About us

A technology partner, not a vendor

The DevnaInc Technologies workspace

We are a software engineering company in Lahore working with teams who need software delivered properly — scoped honestly, built to a standard, and supported after launch.

Most software projects do not fail because the code is bad. They fail because the problem was never properly understood, the scope was agreed in a hurry, and nobody was still around when it broke. We built the company around fixing that order of operations.

How we actually work with you

The same five stages every time. Not because process is exciting, but because skipping one is how projects end up late, over budget, or unmaintainable.

  1. Stage 01 of 5

    Conversation

    A call, not a questionnaire

You describe the problem in your own words. We ask what you have already tried and what is fixed — a deadline, a budget ceiling, a system that cannot be replaced. No charge, no obligation.

You get: A range, and an honest read on whether we are right for it

  2. Stage 02 of 5

    Discovery

    Understand before estimating

We sit with the people who will use the thing and watch the workflow that actually exists. Most projects that go wrong were mis-scoped in the first week, not mis-coded in the third month.

You get: A written plan, an architecture and a fixed first milestone

  3. Stage 03 of 5

    Build

    Two-week increments

Work runs in increments that each end in something you can click, not a status report. You see progress as it happens, so changing your mind early costs almost nothing.

You get: Working software you can try, every fortnight

  4. Stage 04 of 5

    Harden

    Before anyone else sees it

Load, security and accessibility passes, real-device testing, and the boring work of error states and edge cases. This is the stage most suppliers quietly skip.

You get: Something that survives contact with real users

  5. Stage 05 of 5

    Run

    We stay reachable

Monitoring, backups that we test by restoring them, and a named person who answers. You get the repository, the infrastructure definitions and the documentation — because software you cannot hand to another team is not finished.

You get: Ownership, and a number that reaches a person

Start with a conversation

Stage one costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

“They spent the first week understanding how our shop actually runs before proposing anything. The stock problem we had lived with for two years simply stopped happening.”

Usman Tariq Operations Director, ShopEase (demo)

“Three apps, one team, and they were honest about what would not be ready for launch. That honesty is why we are still working with them.”

Ayesha Noor Founder, QuickBite (demo)

“Access control and audit logging were designed in from the start rather than added when someone asked. That saved us a great deal of trouble later.”

Imran Sheikh IT Director, CarePlus (demo)

Working with us

  • A scoped plan and a fixed first milestone before code is written.
  • Two-week increments, each ending in something you can click.
  • You own the code, the infrastructure and the documentation.
  • A named person who answers when something breaks.

Questions we get asked

Anything not covered here, ask us directly — we answer within a working day.

We are a software engineering company in Lahore, Pakistan. We build web platforms, mobile applications and cloud infrastructure, and we design the interfaces that sit on top of them. We also provide ongoing IT support and networking for growing teams.

Most of our work is in retail and e-commerce, healthcare, logistics, education and professional services. The engineering is similar across them; what differs is the regulation, the workflow and what counts as an acceptable failure.

With a scoping conversation, then a short paid discovery if the problem is not yet well defined. Discovery produces a plan, an architecture and a fixed first milestone, so you can judge us on something concrete before committing to the whole build.

Yes. We work remotely with clients in other time zones and keep a fixed overlap window each day for calls and reviews.

You do, on payment. We hand over the repository, the infrastructure definitions and the documentation needed for another team to take it on.

Tell us what you are building

A project brief, a rough idea, or a problem you have not scoped yet — all of it gets a real answer from someone who would work on it.
