Overview
A cross-platform ordering app with live order tracking, push notifications and an in-app wallet, alongside restaurant and rider applications.
The challenge
Three different audiences — customer, restaurant, rider — needed three interfaces over one order lifecycle, on patchy mobile connections.
What we built
A single Flutter codebase with three shells over a shared domain layer, offline queueing for rider actions, and push delivery with retry so status changes survive a dropped connection.
The outcome
Orders move through the lifecycle without phone calls between the three parties.
